Today Max wanted to eat a grilled cheese sandwich so I taught him how to make one.
We got some Grandma Sycamore's white bread and smothered it with real butter. Then we pulled out the big guns... Havarti cheese!
I taught him about the perfect golden brown coloring that happens right before it turns black.
Then I taught him how to take the first bite.
Lesson learned!
These cute kids begged me to let them stay up tonight to watch to Hobbit.
I resisted at first but then realized I was just as interested in watching it as they were.
Just before the end of the movie, I noticed that the boys were...
... fast asleep.
