"I still feel like I'm 5"

Our little princess turned 6 yesterday. She is such a sweet little girl! Isabel is a great little helper, and she is always willing to share with everyone. She loves her brothers, and Mom and Dad. Yesterday Isabel had a few friends over for a "little" party, and after her party, we had some more friends over for dinner and cake. Love you little Izzy!

Lots of treats!

Here is Isabel with a few of her friends from school
They enjoyed playing with balloons, singing on the xbox, and decorating cup cakes
Jo-Jo couldn't help himself. He climbed right up into his chair, and grabbed a cupcake.
Mmmmmm...
Here are some gifts Isabel got to open...

Dinner, and more presents with Toiaivaos and Atuaias.

After everyone went home, Reece and I got to work on Isabel's special present. We moved her into a different room. We painted the room sky blue (still waiting on clouds, and a few accessories) I also built a shelf in the closet and put up the hanger bar. It was a long process, but very rewarding to see the look on Izzy's face!

Here's the room

And here's Isabel's face
We love you Isabel. Happy 6th birthday

Isabel's first lost tooth

What a crazy thing. Isabel is just turning 6, two years younger than Max, and she lost her first tooth the same year he did. Wow! Isabel asked me if I would pull it out for her, I was taken back to my childhood, where I was too afraid to pull my own teeth. Still kinda creeps me out I guess. Good thing Tawnya was there, she yanked it right out.
Couldn't stop giggling
There we are, and would you look at that. The new tooth is right there ready to pop up. Love ya little Izzy.

New years partayyyyy

New Years is always fun with the Atuaias and the Toiaivaos. They come over and play lots of games and help us make it through another year. Thanks friends.

Looks like Max stayed up to drink some bubbly
Haha
Sara spilt all over Donny's arm. That's O.K., it's a new year now
Where my girls at???
We might have had just a little too much to drink.
Here we are ... friends yet another year.
We must love each other. Or something.
Who's up for another year?

Dinner with the Daytons

Our first dinner with the Daytons happened shortly after moving to Orem. They were our sweet neighbors who invited us over for fun with friends.
Here's a flashback:

We've been friends since that moment. Having dinners, dates, and just helping each other out when ever needed. Now a year and a half later, the Daytons are moving away to New Mexico where Joe will start school to become a P.A.. Tears. We had to have them over one last time for some dinner and games. I didn't get pictures of everything or everyone, but good memories were made for sure.

Games

Me and my girl gettin' crazy!

This last picture will play in our minds for ever.
Just think Water Boy, and the guy who talks funny and has crazy eyes

Crazy ole' Maurice
Thank you Nordfelt's, and Tuckers for helping us have one last shabang with our awesome Dayton pals. Please come back soon.
Love you Buff!

Christmas fun

Christmas Eve brunch at the Toiaivao's was fun, but I didn't get many pictures. Here's what I got:
Cassius making a tunnel for the train
Reece enjoying some grub
and the girls doing some new hair-styles.
We didn't stay very long, because we had to go pick up Sharley and Jonah at the airport. Thank you Toiaivaos for always including us in your festivities.

So Christmas Eve day we went to pick up the Huntsmans, and later that evening the Browns joined us. Glad they made it safely, and we were all together for a fun family Christmas.
Christmas morning was very early, but we all managed to wake up and put on a smile.
All the kids got really cool stuff.

Letter from Santa

Joe loved everything
in his stocking!

Here are all the gifts that Santa brought
A lego star wars set for Max
An awesome new bike for Joeseph
And a real size fake horse for our little Izzy. She could not have been happier.
All the kids were enjoying all the new things.
The girls in our family do a sentimental gift exchange, and I just couldn't help myself but post these pictures of my "senti-"mental" Sisters. Love you girls!
Here's my sweet Maurice, all tuckered out. Like the nap spot hun.
Couldn't leave this one out
Here's to the end of another wonderful Christmas season...
We'll try not to go crazy next year.

Forgotten ward breakfast

Every year instead of a Christmas dinner, our ward does a breakfast. I'm not a big fan, but it seems our ward is so what ya gonna do? Go, and enjoy, right?
After breakfast the primary kids put on a little somethin'. Max was Joseph, and Isabel was a sheep. So cute!
After the program, Santa comes and sits with the kids, but I've seen enough Santa for one season.
