This evening we decided to take a drive up the canyon and watch the sun set.
We drove up Squaw Peak Road, and enjoyed all the changing colors.
The kids thought the view was fabulous...
... and the rays of sunlight streaming down through the clouds really were.
The kids got a little cold as we waited for the sun to descend, so they cuddled up in the back of the van, and we watched
As we waited in the van, Max got creative, and entertained us...
The weather was perfect!
Not too hot, and not too cold.
Then we got a little peak of the sun setting...
... Sensational!
