I like to try and go to the temple on Wednesday's. This Wednesday, I went to the Draper Temple.
It was really fun because I got to go with some of the girls I play basketball with.
In the temple we are able to go and perform saving ordinances for those who were unable to do their own work while they were on the earth. Kindred dead, if you will.
Some people do their family history work, and bring names from their own family line. Others are able to pick up a name that someone else has turned in to be completed. I love to know that I am helping to bring joy, and eternal gain to those who are no longer able to on their own.
